- Authentication data (encrypted SSO IDs from Google/Facebook)

- Chat logs with AI chatbots and tutors
- Video call session recordings (with explicit consent)
- Payment information for premium services
- Learning progress and assessment data

iii Protection of Video Call Data
The Company takes special measures to protect video call sessions:- All video calls are encrypted end-to-end
- Recording of sessions requires explicit consent
- Recorded sessions are stored securely and deleted after 30 days
- Access to recordings is strictly limited to quality assurance purposes
iv AI Data Processing
For AI chatbot services, we process data as follows:- Chat logs are used to improve AI responses
- Personal information is removed from training data
- AI models are regularly updated for accuracy
- Users can request deletion of their chat history
v Usage of Google user data
We do collect and process Google user data:- Using Google OAuth process
- with limited range of user information(user id, name, email)
- To distinguish users from others
- To serve personalized curation/recommendation.
- We do not share any of these information.
